The Cape Elizabeth High School Mock Trial Team won the State Championship for 2021. The Cape Defense side prevailed against Edward Little in the semi-final round and the Cape Prosecution side prevailed against Lewiston in the final. This year's hypothetical case involved manslaughter and hazing charges stemming from a fraternity initiation challenge. The Team is now eligible for the National Championship to be held in the Spring of 2022.
