Alli Brooking and Henry Adams represented Cape Elizabeth at the 2024 Special Olympics Winter Games in Auburn by competing in the skating event. They both participated in the 110, 220 and the 330 races. They earned silver and bronze medals for their efforts. Cape coaches were not only proud of their athleticism but with their sportsmanship they displayed during the event. Because of weather and field conditions the snowshoe athletes Madison Mills, Emily Whalen and Evan Zack did not compete but are all looking forward to next year's games where they just may try skating. It was a great day.
