Ryan Fairchild, was born outside of New York City, but spent his early years in Indonesia.  Most of his elementary and middle school years were spent in the Midwest.  At sixteen his family moved to New England where he graduated from The Norwich Free Academy.  While at NFA, he enjoyed running cross-country and playing volleyball.  In 2003, Ryan graduated from Houghton College with a Bachelor of History degree, and started his career as a Behavior Specialist and Special Education Case Manager in Franklin, NH.  In 2010, he earned a Master of Educational Administration with a Concentration in Special Education from Plymouth State University.  In 2012, Ryan and his family moved to Portland, ME.  When not working Ryan enjoys traveling, beach days, roller skating, and most of all spending time with his wife Lesley, and four children.  Lesley is a compassionate cardiac and pediatric nurse.
